About the Podfather

Trading since early 2000s our services range from straightforward advice about most wooden structures (and their suitability) to price / contract negotiation and project management.

"No two purchasers are the same and no two jobs are the same". This ethos has served us well and clients will bear this out.

Our aim always is to offer "best advice". Our principal - Richard Scott - has worked all over the UK on projects. Based in Scotland* he guarantees personal attention there*. Further afield requires more advanced planning or virtual collaboration (e.g. Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom ...).

"Knowing who's who and what's what" is one of Richard Scott's biggest strengths. All clients will confirm that valuable time and money has been saved while good advice and information has been provided via his involvement.
